About Linda

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in treating individuals, couples and families. I am also trained and experienced in treating trauma, abuse and sexual issues. I have over 25 years’ experience working with families and individuals from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
My primary treatment modality is Solution Focused Therapy, which includes developing goals and pathways to healing. I am also comfortable using contemporary techniques and modalities to offer an individualized treatment plan.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). The EMDR process helps to reduce or eliminate the symptoms of trauma and abuse. EMDR can also be useful in the reduction of anxiety and depression.
